Acute (not so cute) Gastroenteritis Shenanigans
Based on my experience last month and exactly that Chinese New Year is just few lion dance away..

Acute Gastroenteritis is a stomach flu which it’s really uncomfortable and painful for me. I got this February 2021 I guess - I was so weak that time almost want to stay at the bathroom until it’s over.

However, every time this stomach flu barges in - I quickly take meds right away to relief the pain and preventing me to get dehydrated. The struggle is REAL specially I’m coffee person ☕️ one week no coffee is like 😭😭😭😭😭😭 it’s so hard! Can’t live without coffee except my feels towards someone else.. eeeeeyyyyy! 😆😆😆

So far, I’m okay now.. I limit myself eating spicy or oily food and also I drink mineral water plus probiotics for my gut health.
