Shan Cai- Meteor Garden

My Art Tribute for the late actress, Barbie Hsu. She was known as Shan Cai from a famous Taiwanese t.v series of Meteor Garden which it was first live-action adaptation of the Japanese manga “Boys Over Flowers” or Hana Yori Dango by Yoko Kamio.

I remember I watching the series in ABS-CBN way back 2003 - college days to be exact. Not sure I completely finished watching the entire two seasons but I love the story and setting of the story.

Barbie Hsu was the icon every girl back in 2000s, her signature braids, memorable chasing the bus scene while carrying a bag of oranges and also she’s a supporter of animal rights as well.
